Prevention – We believe the first line of dental care is prevention. Dental caries can be prevented by sealants, systemic fluoride, topical fluoride, dietary modification, education and regular prophylactic treatments.
Preservation – When caries do occur, and the restorative procedures are unavoidable, we then preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible. We accomplish this by implementing more conservative procedures such as fluoride control, small cavity preparations, porcelain inlay or onlay. Crowns will be our very last choice simply because they are not only the most aggressive procedures - it takes away ALL of the remaining enamel, but also the most expensive ones.
Protection – After expensive dental works are done in your mouth, we must now help you to protect your investment. This is accomplished by regular visit and check up. In case of beautiful porcelain veneers, we offer free mouth guard to protect them from chipping or accidental damage. We, too, understand that dental works can be costly. That is why we must protect what you have already invested in.
